There’s no “typical” company. We tend to work with companies employing at least 10 staff and turning over £1 million – but these days there are many interesting companies with fewer people and smaller turnover, but with big profits and even bigger opportunities.

On the other hand, our larger clients turnover up to £50 million.

But whatever their size, what interests us is their growth potential. We’re interested in where companies can be in a year or three years time more than where they are today.
